PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION:
To establish and maintain commercial fleet fuel accounts.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Ensure internal and external customer satisfaction, sell quality and service, provide follow-up on customer inquiries.
- Meet monthly sales goals.
- Maximize gallons purchased per fleet account by taking necessary action after review of applicable reports.
- Monitor fleet fueling competition and advise Director of Fleet Services of activities and development.
- Inform Director of Fleet Services of significant prospects or other developments which may have a noticeable impact on Gate Marketing Operations.
- Participate in collection efforts with problem fleet accounts when requested.
- Completes special projects as required.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
- Two to five years in a Sales or Sales support role preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to self-manage and manage schedule to achieve results.
- Strong PC skills, including MS Office and Excel.
- High school diploma or GED.
