The Director, Innovation and Engineering Development will focus on the identification and integration of capabilities to support large/technically complex opportunities serving Serco North America. Have a strong background in Artificial Intelligence, advanced analytics, and digital modernization solutions for defense or civilian based operational missions. This position must provide proven success in developing new opportunities to transition Serco developed products and tools into existing US DoD or Federal Civilian contracts to meet the customer mission or expand the customer base. Have a strong government and industry Research and Development technology background in Digital Modernization strategy. Must have proven success in advancing Technology Readiness Levels (TRLs) and software acquisition transition competencies with the US Federal Government.
