You will be part of our Process + Systems Team to add your expertise + skills to the delivery of Operational + Training Excellence.

Your Role

Managing the training function by working closely with department managers + supervisors to identify training requirements, developing plans for training new + existing employees. You will focus on supporting the organization in achieving operational excellence by upscaling the knowledge + competencies of our teams through exceptional instructional methods, training, along with coaching + skills development. You will drive productivity organically + ensure the organization is always fully equipped for success.

Your Responsibilities

  • To provide operational systems + general business field training to new users with effective training techniques + high quality documentation. This includes conducting online training + live training.
  • To ensure that all training is accurately recorded in the company's Learning Management System (LMS).
  • To monitor + report the completeness of training for both hard + soft skill competencies.
  • To research methods + techniques in workplace training, remaining up-to-date on developments within the industry + the competition.
  • To administer assessments to determine the effectiveness of training strategies.
  • To create high quality training material as per KN standards using available digital platforms/technology (myKN/Wiki) as determined by the company.
  • To develop training concepts + learning paths for teams + individuals
  • To drive productivity organically through upscaling the knowledge + competencies of the organization.

Your Skills and Experiences

  • Candidate must have a minimum 3 years of experience in freight or logistics related industry.
  • Proven experience in training delivery, instructional design, or learning and development.
  • Strong knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital training tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to analyze training needs and develop effective learning solutions.
  • Tech-savvy with experience using digital platforms for content creation and delivery.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
