As a Executive Housekeeper, we rely on you to

作为一名行政管家，您的主要工作职责为：

• Ensure smooth operation on a daily basis 确保客房部日常工作的顺利运作；
• Lead the team and maintain a high standard of service 领导团队并确保高水准的服务标准；
• Maintain the team performance and process flow 负责团队的绩效评估工作；
• Oversee the maintenance of guest rooms and replenish room supplies 监督客房的维护并确保及时补充客房用品；
• Ensure quality assurance standards are met at all times 确保始终符合质量保证标准；
• Ensure the quality of service delivered is compliant with hotel guidelines and policies 确保所提供的服务质量符合酒店的政策和程序；

We are looking for someone who:

• Fully understands room operations 全面充分了解客房部整体运作；
• Has previous experience in a similar capacity, preferably from a luxury hotel 拥有国际酒店集团同岗位的相关工作经验；

• Communicates and writes with fluency in English so as to host global guests 具备较好的英文沟通和书写能力；
