Shangri-La Suzhou is conveniently located in the core business district of Suzhou High-tech Zone (Shishan Business Circle). The guest room floor is housed on the 28th to 51st floors and is therefore known as the “Up in the Air” hotel. The hotel has 390 luxury rooms and suites, 20 service apartments with private kitchens. Hotel has variety cuisine dinning area - Chinese Restaurant Shang Palace, Western Restaurant Café Soo, Japanese cuisine restaurant Nishimura and hotel lobby lounge. The multi-function room and the large banquet ball room as well as the well-equipped fitness center are all been offered to our customers.

As a Service Leader-Public Area, we rely on you to:

- To have complete knowledge of Shangri-La’s standards operating policies and procedures.
- To have complete knowledge of the Shangri-La’s experience and Group Specifications.
- Ensures all interactions with guests are handled professionally and with care adhering to hotel’s policies and procedures.
- Leads the team’ colleague in the efforts to ensure guest was delighted.
- Offers all possible assistance to guests at all times.
- Inspects all public areas and back of house areas daily.
- Ensures that all tasks are completed on time and in accordance with standards
- Conducts daily inspections of grooming and appearance.
- Ensure public area attendant work assignments are completed.
- Constantly observes and instructs PA Attendants in their work habits.
- Works with Assistant Housekeepers(Public Area)in preparation of duty rosters and schedules.
- Controls issue and return of all equipment and supplies
- Observes staff performances, notes areas that require improvement, and recommends training.
- Ensure that all established hygiene procedures and rules are strictly adhered to.
- Schedules cleaning of and maintains store rooms in orderly manner.
- Performs any other duties or tasks as assigned by the Assistant Housekeeper.

- 每日督导员工的仪容仪表及工作表现。
- 确保公共区域员工完成所分配的工作。
- 不断观察和指导公共区域服务员的工作习惯。
- 协助助理管家(公共区域)准备排班表及工作计划
- 控制客用品发放量,归还所剩物品
- 观察员工工作表现,记录所需要改进的方面,并就培训予以建议。
- 确保严格按照既定的卫生程序、规则进行操作。
- 有计划地清洁、维护客房,以确保其按程序运作。
- 完成助理管家分配的其他工作。
