Manages and negotiates agreements with external partners to ensure fundraising events success, produces and communicates detailed information and provides high-touch donor support to meet fundraising goals. Maintains a high-level of organization and communication with compassion for others in a dynamic event environment. Attends Foundation events to ensure overall success.

Essential Responsibilities

1. Demonstrates compliance with Code of Conduct and compliance policies, and takes action to resolve compliance questions or concerns and report suspected violations.

2. Negotiates contracts with vendors, ensuring cost efficiencies and top quality for Eisenhower Health.

3. Represents Eisenhower Health with a care-first approach and professional manner.

4. Manages financial P & L and reconciliation support to director; consistently submits event invoices and reconciles and reports on all budget and projections.

5. Attends Foundation events and facilitates on-site execution to ensure expectations are met by vendors and successful outcomes.

6. Works with finance on all event wires, checks and accounts payable; follows through with vendor or partner and communicates timeline of expected payment.

7. Facilitates ticket and parking pass distribution to all Eisenhower Health Foundation Ticketed Events; has understanding of donor dynamics and friendship to ensure positive donor relationships.

8. Supports director on internal event staff documents and helps lead non-event staff throughout planning and execution of events.

9. Schedules, coordinates, and prepares communication materials for Eisenhower Health Foundation Events Team.

10. Creates documents of action items at site visits or important meetings, for key members to follow up.

11. Creates timelines and constantly keeps up with Foundation Event Schedules.

12. Supports donors accessing their tickets for all ticketed events.

13. Answers RSVP Phone Line and takes accurate phone messages, RSVPs, event items and distributes appropriately.

14. Performs other duties as assigned.
