Responsibilities
Leverage data-driven insights to shape strategic agenda and fuel growth.
Develop analytical models to assess the effectiveness of merchant incentives in generating long term business returns.
Research industries, verticals, and markets to establish business strategy initiatives and to adapt strategies to market.
Monitor on-going internal and competitive business developments and leverage data to perform in-depth internal and market analysis and competitive landscape benchmarking.
Gather and synthesize research to formulate data-driven near-, medium-, and long-term business recommendations.
Monitor the overall health of creator/merchant ecosystem and acquisition/retention/productivity trends throughout the creator/merchant funnel.
Present analytical results and strategy recommendations to senior business leaders.
Qualifications
Must have a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Analytics (any), Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Analytics (any), Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor’s, progressive related work experience.
Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience in each of the following:
Conducting category analysis, market research, product competitiveness and/or traffic allocation;
Using SQL, Python, or R to analyze large datasets to define key metrics;
Analyzing market and business metrics by leveraging and categorizing multiple datasets using MySQL or Excel;
Utilizing data visualization techniques to monitor performance metrics, surface business insights, and/or provide regular reporting to leadership; and
Managing projects involving cross-functional stakeholders to formulate workplans, drive alignment, coordinate collaboration, and deliver strategic business outcomes.

Salary Range: $183581 - $230000 per year
