Responsibilities
Develop large-scale customer service platforms end to end that power app.
Build and optimize scalability, reliability and responsiveness of applications, and deliver compelling end user experience.
Collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams to deliver high quality work in rapid product development.
Keep at the forefront of emerging technologies and trends.
Research and evaluate the latest frontend and backend development frameworks and apply new technologies to drive iterative product improvements.
Promote robust and maintainable code, clear documentation, and deliver high quality work on a tight schedule.
Mentor junior-level engineers and interns.
Qualifications
Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, or a related STEM field, and 2 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, or a related STEM field, and 5 years of post-bachelor’s, progressive related work experience.
Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience in each of the following:
Designing and implementing web applications, including front-end UI logic or back-end business logic;
Automating and managing the full release lifecycle, including code development, build, testing, validation, and deployment;
Maintaining and debugging software;
Designing and implementing software service architecture to support high throughput and fault tolerant services; and
Designing and managing databases to support online services using MySQL or Redis.

Salary Range: $190486 - $337250 per year
