Your role

We are looking for a Lenses Master Data Assistant who will be strongly involved in the process of new lens product introduction and assortment management, ensuring the proper phase in/phase out of the products in our Retail and Wholesale channel. He/She will create a structured process of coordination with local and corporate Retail and B2B markets, so to ensure the lens masterdata is correct and delivered accordingly to business needs, managing also the day-by-day activities (creation, maintenance, analysis of the actual masterdata structure and inconsistencies fix). He/She will cooperate with different stakeholders to make sure the E2E flow to the order entry works smoothly. He/she will gain a clear understanding of the process of lenses activation for the different channels.

He/she will monitor global assortments with weekly reports.

Main responsibilities:

• New Product introduction of EL Lenses for Retail and Wholesale
• Assortment management across different banners and specific needs by business
• Special Project point of reference for lenses management
• Monitor and Analysis lenses launches thanks to new introductions/initiatives

Main requirements:

• Educational background as Management Engineering or Business
• Fluency in English
• Data analysis and management using Excel
• Clear and concise presentation of results through charts or dashboards via Power Point
• Basic knowledge of SAP as a plus
