We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Assistant to join our Finance software project team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for a university student in their second or third year who is looking to gain practical experience in project management within the finance industry and contribute to the success of our new financing product.

What part will you play?

• Project Support: Assist project manager in planning, executing, and closing Finance software project. This includes scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking meeting minutes.
• Documentation: Maintain and organize project documentation, ensuring all files are up-to-date and easily accessible. This includes technical documents, project plans, user manuals and other PM ralated global tools.
• Communication: Facilitate communication between project team members, stakeholders, and IT supplier. Respond to emails and inquiries in a timely manner.
• Data Management: Collect, analyze, and report on project data. Assist in the preparation of project status reports and presentations, focusing on key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to the project.
• Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and coordination of project-related events and activities, such as software demos, training sessions, and stakeholder meetings.

What you need to make real what matters.

• 3rd year university student in Business Administration, Economics, finance, statistics.
• Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken
• Working knowledge of MS Office applications
• Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities
• Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
• Able to work 2,5 days/week
