Job Title: Wire EDM Operator

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Wire EDM Operator responsible for setting up and operating wire EDM machines. The ideal candidate will check their own parts using manual micrometers and calipers, cross-train on the Water Jet, and grind and deburr parts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Wire EDM machines.
• Check parts using manual micrometers and calipers.
• Cross-train on the Water Jet.
• Grind and deburr parts as needed.

Essential Skills

• At least 1 year of experience setting up and operating Wire EDM machines.
• At least 1 year of experience using manual precision measuring equipment such as dial gauges.
• At least 1 year of experience with basic shop math, including adding and subtracting decimals, and reading measuring tape measure down to the 16th.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 1 year of experience deburring parts is a plus.
• 1 year of experience grinding parts is a plus.
• 1 year of experience with Water Jet is a plus.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
