Job Title: EDM Operator

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled EDM Operator responsible for setting up and operating EDM machines. The candidate will check their own parts with micrometers and calipers, input data into Excel, and grind and deburr parts as needed. The role also involves setting up machines based on blueprints and work orders.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate EDM machines.
• Check parts using micrometers and calipers.
• Input data into Excel sheets.
• Grind and deburr parts as needed.
• Set up machines based on blueprints and work orders.

Essential Skills

• At least 2 years of experience setting up and operating EDM machines.
• At least 2 years of experience reading and interpreting blueprints and work orders.
• At least 2 years of experience reading digital gauges such as micrometers and calipers.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 1 year of programming experience is a plus.
• 1 year of deburring and grinding experience is a plus.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $34.00/hr.
