Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and colleagues to:

  • Stay abreast of Redwood design development plans to proactively identify and incorporate changes into our key enablement assets.
  • Participate in discussions on enablement sessions and key UX meetings to be fully aware of deadlines, activities, and priorities.
  • Help create compelling storytelling assets that demonstrate the business value of our product capabilities today as well as our near-term roadmap capabilities too.
  • Perform moderately complex problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and processes.
  • Recognize problems and recommend changes to simplify or improve how we support key initiatives or people.
  • Proactively propose changes to artwork / other visuals to support our key enablement assets to showcase our products and messaging.
  • Play a supporting role at enablement sessions to help our internal customers understand the value and key messages of new messaging and content.

You should be a self-starter, have strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize your time to meet important deadlines. You must be an excellent collaborator to align across teams in different time zones. English communication skills, both verbal and written skills must be excellent as you will be working across an international team and supporting assets that will be published in English.
