The Principle UX Designer is part of our Technical Evangelization team and is responsible for developing and maintain compelling storytelling enablement assets for our internal and external customers. You will work closely with the User Experience designers and developers and work on our most critical enablement assets across Customer Experience (Marketing, Sales, Service) products.

  • Work closely with product managers and UX developers to understand requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver features in a timely manner.
  • Translate wireframes into prototypes and production-ready interfaces for internal and external enablement
  • Participate in architectural discussions and provide technical guidance to ensure alignment with the overall roadmap priorities.
  • Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring code quality and adherence to coding standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies (i.e. agentic AI) in the context of enterprise customer expectations.
