About the Role

As an Enterprise Architect in Solution Consulting team, you play a strategic role throughout our clients’ software evaluation process.

Key functions of this role are to:

• Demonstrate our outstanding architecture and delivery model
• Highlight the advantages of our product architecture over legacy HCM/Financial systems and other SaaS systems
• Address technical and compliance requirements throughout the entire sales cycle
• Deliver impactful presentations to business users in HR or Finance team by providing them with a high-level overview of the value of Workday solutions architecture.

In addition you will:

• Actively contribute to sophisticated/new technology discussions including SaaS, AI/ML, enterprise integration, global security and the next wave of innovative tech
• Represent pioneering technology in a large addressable market and challeng the industry status quo
• Support all industry verticals, providing a rich and multifaceted experience. Understand and communicate the security, privacy, performance and support our SaaS offering to the clients.
• Successfully drive adoption of Software as a Service (SaaS) to both technical and non-technical audiences.

About You

You are passionate about working in a high-growth organization and believe that Workday has the solutions to help organisations advance and grow!

A technology SME with a strong combination of technical expertise on design principles, technical architecture, platform architecture, cloud connectivity and security as well as outstanding presentation skills.

You will have worked as software presales for 5+ years with the below expertise:

• Software as a Service work experience and/or knowledge of SaaS delivery models and associated characteristics
• Integration design patterns from flat files to APIs
• Comprehensive security background covering encryption technologies, network architectures, communications security, LDAP, SAML and application level access methods
• Data analytics in discovering insights and drive next step actions
• Machine Learning landscape and its applicability to packaged enterprise applications
• Experience with prospect/customer architecture and IT risk governance models and processes
• Experience with AI technology and familiar with AI development concepts

Other Qualifications

• Preferably comes with Finance and/or HCM knowledge
• Language: Fluent in written and spoken Dutch and English
• You love technology and enjoy learning new skill; Putting on an innovative hat in everything you do and never stop injecting creativity to your presentations to make them exciting and engaging!
