Pursuant to California regulation, the base compensation for this position is $68,640 annually and includes eligibility for performance-based bonuses.
This role effectively collaborates across all areas to ensure a positive customer experience that leads to sales results. The central purpose of this position is to provide a customer-centric focus, model purposeful leadership, and drive results for sales managers, Brokers & the firm. This position is open to remote candidates.
