Executive Personal Assistant

Position Overview:

This role provides executive-level, confidential administrative and personal support to Johnsonville, LLC owners and their family members.

You will be challenged with a wide variety of activities and responsibilities that require advanced administrative and planning skills, as well as the ability to successfully navigate multiple priorities. In doing so, you will directly contribute to the success of your customers and the entire organization.

Responsibilities:

• Provide a wide variety of confidential executive administrative and personal support to Johnsonville’s owners
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, and handle all necessary arrangements for meetings and travel
• Oversee calendars, address scheduling conflicts, and develop efficient schedules for customers
• Use your project management skills on a variety of project teams
• Providing support for personal projects and initiatives
• Manage finances, including paying bills and tracking expenses for several accounts
• Handle correspondence and complete personal errands as needed
• Provide assistance with corporate event planning and execution, including Member Appreciation and Recognition events
• Manage ticket programs for major sporting events including Milwaukee Brewers, Green Bay Packers and others
• Be a role model for Johnsonville values including integrity, trust, respect and caring
• Assist in whatever capacity is needed by your customers
• Provide back-up to other Executive Assistants as needed

Education:

• Associate degree preferred

Experience:

• At least five years of administrative/executive assistant experience or comparable high-level administrative experience in a professional work setting, required

Skills and Competencies:

• Outstanding Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Outstanding planning and organizational skills
• Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information, both in an office setting and electronically
• The ability to successfully work with a wide range of people and personalities
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects, details and deadlines simultaneously
• Outstanding interpersonal skills: the ability to listen, read people and anticipate needs
• Willingness to roll up sleeves and help anywhere needed
