Recruiting Assistant - Temporary

Position Overview:

Join Our Team as a Temporary Recruiting Assistant. Are you eager to kickstart your career in talent acquisition? Johnsonville, LLC is seeking a temporary Recruiting Assistant to support our recruiting team. This entry-level opportunity offers hands-on experience in the recruitment process, from posting requisitions to coordinating interviews. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring a seamless hiring experience for all candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Provide recruiting assistance to internal recruiters:
  • Create and post requisitions in Successfactors (applicant tracking system)
  • Schedule phone screens and on-site interviews
  • Order position numbers
  • Scan new member paperwork
  • Assist with travel arrangements – flights, rental vehicles, hotel
  • Assist with Intern/Co-op Activities
• Participate in projects that relate to the candidate experience, orientation and social media

Education:

• Associate’s Degree preferred

Experience

• At least one year of prior administrative support experience required
• Experience in Human Resources preferred

Skills and Competencies:

• Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop relationships with internal and external customers and candidates
• Organized, detail-oriented and flexible, able to prioritize your workload
