We are looking for an experienced DevOps & Cloud Infra Engineer to contribute to our mission to improve our patients' health and their lives. This will be hybrid role for our offices in London (UK) or Sofia (BG).

Who you are

• You’re an engineer with 4+ years of commercial experience in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, or related fields.
• You have a genuine enthusiasm for developer productivity, systems scalability & reliability and take no greater pleasure than finding the right solution to the problem at hand and making practical tradeoffs
• You are excited about contributing to a product that can drive positive change to the lives of millions of people around the world

What you'll do

Manage and Scale our Infrastructure

• Manage our AWS and Vercel infrastructure and automate infrastructure deployment using IaC (Terraform)
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve the performance, reliability and security of our web apps, backend services and datastores
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and logging systems to track the performance and health of the infrastructure
• Troubleshoot cloud infrastructure and deployment issues, and partnering with engineering teams on the quick resolution
• Drive the definition of SLO targets and SLA monitoring per service or service tier
• Maintain security best practices, security compliance across our cloud infrastructure

Bring in continuous deployment practices

• Oversee and improve CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions to ensure smooth deployment processes and improved developer productivity
• Support and improve various production, staging and development environments
• Develop tools to effectively monitor and troubleshoot heterogeneous application stacks and critical infrastructure
• Advocate for and implement DevOps best practices, enhancing the efficiency and quality of our development processes.
