DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Build and facilitate onboarding programs tailored to multi-platform technical support
Run ongoing training sessions on product updates, troubleshooting techniques, and escalation handling
Coach agents on executive presence, tone calibration, and high-pressure customer engagement
Partner with QA and Team Leads to identify performance gaps and develop corrective content
Maintain an evolving knowledge base and develop training collateral (e.g., SOPs, video walkthroughs, troubleshooting trees)
Track training effectiveness through assessments, QA data, and CSAT performance trends
Required Qualifications & Skills
2+ years of experience delivering training in a BPO or technical support environment
College/university degree
Strong facilitation skills across both live and asynchronous formats
Experience training on tools like Zendesk, Salesforce, or third-party delivery platforms
Passion for learning, coaching, and process iteration
Clear, professional communication and content development abilities
Work setup: Must be willing to work at 1 Nito Tower, Lahug, Cebu City
Basic Salary: 23,000-32,000
Allowance: 2,500
Skills Allowance: 4,500
Start Date: Can start on June 1 , 2025
Preferred Skills
Experience designing onboarding for 24/7 support teams
Background in adult learning theory or instructional design
Familiarity with LMS platforms (e.g., Lessonly, Docebo)
Proficiency with video editing or screen recording tools for remote training
