We’re seeking a Structures Technician – Avionics Modifications (2nd Shift) in Hartford, CT to support high-performance aircraft that serve critical missions and redefine business aviation. In this hands-on role, you’ll bring structural expertise to avionics upgrades, helping deliver world-class aircraft to customers around the world.

Your Role:

You’ll play a vital part in modifying, repairing, and upgrading aircraft structures to meet exacting standards. Responsibilities include:

• Troubleshooting, inspecting, and repairing aircraft structures and components
• Fabricating or modifying structures for avionics systems
• Performing composite repairs (on and off aircraft)
• Supporting mechanical/electrical removals, installations, and offsite maintenance
• Operating ground support equipment and maintaining a safe, organized workspace
• Completing all work and documentation in accordance with FAA and company standards

What You Bring:

Required:

• 2+ years of structural sheet metal repair/modification experience
• Ability to read mechanical engineering drawings
• Strong communication skills and personal toolset
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Eligibility for Ground Support Equipment qualifications and SIDA badge

Preferred:

• A&P Certificate, A Certification, or Repairman Certificate
• Experience with composite structures and basic computer skills

Pay Details: $35.00 to $42.00 per hour
