THE INTERNSHIP

We’re excited to offer a paid internship in our Helpdesk team within the Finance Operations Team! If you're looking for a chance to develop new skills and gain valuable experience in vendor management, this is the perfect opportunity for you. You will support the daily operations of the Procure to Pay (P2P) and Order to Cash (OTC) teams, helping to ensure smooth financial processes in communication with both customers and vendors.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Supporting communication with customers and vendors via phone and email, helping to resolve ongoing inquiries and issues.
• Assisting in monitoring and updating payment statuses and helping to follow up on overdue payments.
• Helping with the preparation and delivery of invoices and account statements for customers.
• Supporting the handling of vendor requests and ensuring they are properly routed to the appropriate teams according to internal procedures.
• Supporting preparation of reports.
• Engaging in accounts reconciliation.
• Collaborating with internal teams to help resolve payment-related issues efficiently.
• Assisting in generating simple reports on customer account statuses.
• Contributing to daily team tasks and helping new team members by sharing knowledge and onboarding materials.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Interest in finance and willingness to contact business clients
• English and German proficiency at a minimum B2 level
• Current student status (to be added as an attachment when applying)
• Good communication skills (both written and spoken)
• A team player who can also work independently
• Strong attention to detail and great organizational skills
• A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
• Availability: 20 hours per week (4 hours per day) and availability for training in July, August, and September
