We are seeking a Marketing Content Coordinator to join Marketing and Student Recruitment, Engagement, Chancellery Division.

In this role, you'll coordinate and develop faculty marketing content, including course and study guides, ensuring all materials are accurate, current, and aligned with marketing objectives. Reporting to the Faculty Marketing Partner (Business and Law), you'll collaborate with marketing staff and the QUT community to produce high-quality content for both print and digital channels. Key responsibilities include managing online and offline content, developing recruitment materials, and supporting events like Open Day and career markets. What you need to succeed

  1. Education, training and/or relevant experience equivalent to a degree in online communication, marketing, and/or online editing and publishing, with at least four years subsequent relevant work experience.
  2. Demonstrated ability to write and curate content, including good knowledge of web standards, accessibility and usability (including SEO skills).
  3. Excellent interpersonal, presentation and influencing skills with demonstrated experience in consulting and collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders at a variety of levels.
  4. Record of success in coordinating web content from a variety of sources, ensuring it is relevant and timely, with a demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement.
  5. Demonstrated communication skills including the ability to prepare clear and concise submissions, reports, plans and complex correspondence.
