Responsibilities:

• Creation and update of maintenance manuals, process instructions and training documents
• Analysis of technical weaknesses regarding to technical availability and component quality
• Development of solutions to increase technical availability and component quality
• Support for the shopfloor-engineering-team in the "daily business"
• Creation and implementation of DoE for systematic cause-effect analysis of existing series production processes.
• Design and 3D printing.

Qualifications:

• At least ongoing studies in the second year in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, production technologies or similar
• Good MS Office skills
• Knowledge of 3D design, 3D printing and systematic design of experiments (DoE) as well as statistical evaluation methods are desirable
• Good communication skills and team work affinity
• Ability to work reliably as well as independent
• Very good German and English language skills
