Looking for someone with a clerical background, great communication skills, previous dispatch experience and HVAC knowledge (preferred but not required).
Daily duties include the following:
- Dispatch service calls for HVAC Field Technicians
- Use mapping system to organize appointments based on location
- Answer incoming calls
- Have a solutions-based mindset to ensure customer satisfaction
- Team player
- Ability to work weekends on rotation

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
