Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused HVAC Service Dispatcher to join a leading HVAC service provider in Bossier City, LA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating service calls, dispatching HVAC technicians, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role offers flexible start and end times, competitive pay, and a full benefits package.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and prioritize incoming service calls from customers.
- Schedule and dispatch HVAC technicians based on location, urgency, and technician skill set.
- Communicate job details clearly to technicians and ensure timely response to service requests.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, technician assignments, and job completion status.
- Provide customers with updates on service timing and technician arrival.
- Assist with invoicing and work order processing as needed.
- Coordinate parts ordering and technician support as necessary.
- Maintain strong communication between technicians, customers, and management.
- Handle high call volumes with professionalism and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Previous experience dispatching in the HVAC, plumbing, or similar service industry preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency with scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
