The Role at a glance:

We are looking to add an enthusiastic, Patient Food Services Representative for hospital to our Cura, Healthcare team in Erie. As a Patient Food Services Representative, you will have the opportunity to ensure accurate, professional, and secure processing of orders and to address patients and their guests are satisfied.

This position will work 9am-730pm, 4 days a week & rotating every other weekend. With a rotational holiday schedule.

What you'll be doing:

  • Fostering patient relationships by identifying and responding to their needs.
  • Making internal or external contact with necessary personnel to address patient concerns as needed.
  • Managing data to aid completion of patient orders.

What we're looking for:

Must-haves:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, telephone systems, printers, and fax machines.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience in an acute care and/or healthcare environment, preferably in patient and resident services.
  • At least one years’ experience in customer service or a call center.
  • Associate’s degree or higher.

Starting at $43,000 per year
