About the Role

PSCR is responsible for following the process designated as the Product Safety and Conformity Process and ensures that the products meet regulatory, safety requirements, maintaining compliance throughout the product life cycle.

PCSR collaborates with all regional Harman teams but also in Japan having the scope to increase the visibility of the team and develop our process to the benchmark stage.

What You Will Do

• Shadowing in the daily activities of PSCR in projects
• Participate in the analysis of customer requirements;
• Work closely with PSCR to monitor whether the analysis from a safety and compliance point of view in the areas of projects has been carried out
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to improve our PSCR and CSR processes
• Participate in building a database that will contain the laws and regulations of interest

What You Need to Be Successful

• Demonstrable knowledge of working with databases and Microsoft package
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with colleagues in various departments
• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and contribute to the team's success

Bonus Points if You Have

• Professional certifications related to data analysis, programming, quality
• Experience collaborating with people across different geographies and departments
• Knowledge of industry requirements related to Product Safety and Conformity

What Makes You Eligible

• You are fluent in English, ensuring effective communication within the team and with stakeholders
• You are willing to travel, if necessary, to support various projects and collaborate with colleagues across different locations
• Ideally, you live near Bucharest, Romania, as commuting to our office will be required each week
• You understand that flexibility in working hours may be required due to the nature of global infrastructure and project demands
