We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Technologist Engineer to become our subject matter expert on ReRAM technology. This pivotal role will drive the development of cutting-edge products and interact closely with our executive leadership team.

Position Overview: As the Lead Technologist Engineer, you will play a crucial role in advancing our ReRAM solutions and integrating them into IC technologies. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the future of our product offerings and ensuring we remain leaders in the industry.

Required Skills and Background:

  • Master’s or PhD degree in Electronics, Physics, Materials Engineering, or equivalent, and 5+ years’ experience in RERAM.
  • Experience in other memory technologies for e.g, Flash, EEPROM, Emerging memories preferred.
  • Detailed knowledge of ReRAM and related device physics, cell array characterization, test & reliability.
  • TCAD or equivalent Process and Device Simulation Skills to support ReRAM development.
  • Excellent track record in ReRAM technology development, and Process & Device integration from 180nm to 40nm.
  • Excellent working knowledge of ReRAM reliability is required.
  • Strong data analysis skills to analyze and propose alternative courses of action for resolution of technical problems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of key ReRAM design, device, and process requirements
  • Experience with ReRAM manufacturing/operations requirements and constraints for high volume ramp.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines and work efficiently as part of a team or independently.
