Position Summary

As a Supervisor of Order Fulfillment and Processing 503B, you will be at the heart of ensuring that life-changing medications reach those who need them most with precision and care. By leading a high-performing team and optimizing workflows, you will directly support our mission of producing innovative medications that improve lives while expanding access to affordable, high-quality healthcare. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Supervises order fulfillment operations, ensuring efficient workflows for order processing, data entry, dispensing, labeling, verification, and shipping activities, while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Quality Assurance and Inventory Management, to identify and resolve operational challenges, enhancing overall efficiency and accuracy.
  • Monitors key performance indicators and productivity metrics, implementing process improvements to drive continuous enhancement in order fulfillment operations.
  • Develops and maintains Standard Operating Procedures, ensuring all team members are trained and adhere to established protocols and regulatory requirements.
  • Leads, mentors, and evaluates a team of order fulfillment staff, fostering a culture of accountability, professional development, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversees department shift schedules to ensure reliable coverage of activities across each function area.

While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to talk and hear. Knowledge and Skills

  • Proficient in inventory management systems, enterprise resource planning software, and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook), with a strong understanding of Standard Operating Procedures and regulatory compliance.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in order fulfillment, logistics, or operations management, preferably within a pharmaceutical or healthcare environment.
  • Requires a high school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in pharmaceutical operations is preferred.
  • Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) is strongly preferred; Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is preferred; Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) is preferred; Project Management Professional (PMP) is preferred; Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) is required.
