Position Overview
We are looking for a Field Service Engineer based in Athens Greece.
What are my responsibilities?
- Development, maintenance, troubleshooting, programming, commissioning and start-up of automation systems (PLC & HMI)
- Development, maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, commissioning and start-up of drive applications (AC and DC)
- Customized trainings on site in automation and drive applications
- Increase i-base transparency and find opportunities for services
- Promote service portfolio during site visits
What do I need to qualify for this job?
- Bachelor Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or similar
- At least 3 years of experience in automation applications at industrial environment as a must
- Basic PLC programming. Tia Portal is a must. Simatic Manager is a big plus.
- Basic HMI programming. WinCC v7/8 is a big plus.
- Eagerness to learn. Continuous improvement mentality.
- Ability to work under pressure and provide solutions on time
- Self driven, team worker
- Fluent in both English and Greek (German language knowledge a plus)
- Dynamic and resilient with Strong work ethic, organizational skills and customer orientation
- Valid driving license and ability to travel frequently
