Reporting to the Senior Manager – Systems Support APAC, the Systems Engineer III is responsible for providing systems support to our customers across the Asia Pacific Region. You will join our talented team in troubleshooting a wide range of reported incidents and service requests to ensure the availability of their systems. Acting as one of the technical escalation point of contacts, you will have to opportunity to also assist in delivery, support and maintenance of various system projects and be exposed to new innovative technologies.
