As a Test Engineer in the semiconductor industry, you will leverage DfT and BIST concepts to maximize test coverage and minimize costs for RADAR MMICs. You will also program state-of-the-art and legacy production test platforms and provide well-documented test programs to ensure product quality at the lowest possible costs.

In your new role, you will:

• Leverage DfT (Design-for-Test) and BIST (Built-in Self-Test) concepts to maximize test and verification coverage and minimize test cost of RADAR MMICs
• Program state of the art and legacy production test platforms (ATE)
• Evaluate and leverage proprietary ATE features (e.g. hardware sequencing, multisite and concurrent test) to reduce test cost
• Make use of statistical and analytical test approaches for best test optimization
• Work closely with test concept and design engineers to ensure product quality at lowest possible costs
• Implement test algorithms on automatic test equipment (ATE), including test pattern and test program development
• Collaborate with multi-location test development, design and production teams
• Provide verified and well documented test programs in a modular and generic format to enable reuse
• Report to project and product managers by translating complex technical problems into business figures (time, effort, budget, etc.)
• Supervise product families (derivates of similar products) overlooking a family of radar test packages
• Mentor junior team members

As a driven and results-oriented professional, you are motivated by the pursuit of ambitious goals while remaining strongly committed to delivering top-quality product development.

You are best equipped for this role if you have:

• A university degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, or comparable
• 5+ years of experience in test development
• A deep understanding in RF semiconductor testing ideally radar
• Profound experience in test program development on ATE platforms Teradyne J750/UltraFlex and legacy RF tester FusionCX
• Experience with workflows, working culture and equipment of production test floors in Asia
• In depth knowledge of test optimization methodologies for mixed signal/digital test of ADCs, DACs, PMUs, PLLs, PA with focus on defect coverage
• A strong call to execution-time optimized coding and continues optimization
• Fluent English
