MISSION

Support the development of the multi-channel business, helping the CRM & Digital Team in managing and executing daily activities, interacting with our Stores, Client Service and EMEA teams.

Job responsibilities

ACTIVITIES

CRM activities:

  • Support in monitoring CRM KPIs and Clienteling performance
  • Support in planning and executing CRM Campaigns across various channels
  • Support with Data Analysis, Reporting and Presentations
  • Support Stores in extracting and providing lists

Digital activities:

  • Online content local adaptation, management and update
  • Regular website and App monitoring, support with new feature testing

Profile

Skills

Degree in Economics

High analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Power Point

Fluency in English and Italian

Detail-oriented, with a can-do-attitude

Proactivity, problem-solving and task prioritization

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Additional information
