As an Event Management Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience in the intricacies of planning, managing, and executing events. You'll be part of a super dynamic team with a fantastic work environment, where every day brings new challenges and exciting projects. We’re looking for someone who’s ready to tackle everything that comes their way with enthusiasm and a can-do attitude.

What You’ll Do:

• Support the Planning Process: Dive into the planning process by scouting for venues, suppliers, themes, and more to bring events to life.
• Creative Concept Development: Collaborate on brainstorming sessions to develop innovative themes and concepts that wow our attendees.
• Visual Storytelling: Contribute to the creation of engaging visual content for event promotions, such as graphics, videos, and presentations, enhancing the event's appeal and reach.
• Assist with Logistics: Take charge of logistical aspects, including creating event timelines, managing registrations, coordinating decorations, materials, and equipment.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure everyone is aligned and the event runs like clockwork.
• On-the-Day Coordination: Be on the ground during the event, assisting with setup, coordination, and troubleshooting to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Communication and Promotion: Help create engaging comms, including emails, flyers, invites, and other materials to promote the event.
• Budget Management Assistance: Support in keeping the event within budget, tracking expenses, and finding cost-effective solutions.
• Post-Event Debriefs: Participate in post-event evaluations to gather feedback, identify areas for improvement, and celebrate successes.

What You’ll Bring:

• Background: You’re either currently enrolled in or have recently completed a degree in communications, public relations, marketing, event management, or a related field.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for crafting compelling messages.
• English Fluency: Proficiency in English is essential as we communicate extensively in this language. Your ability to confidently engage in English conversations and correspondence will be highly valued.
• Organizational Power: Strong organizational and time management skills to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Passion: A genuine passion for event management and communications, with an eagerness to learn and grow in the field.
• Flexibility and Creativity: Ability to think creatively and solve problems on the fly, adapting to changing circumstances with ease.
• Team Player: Strong interpersonal skills to work well within a team, and the ability to take initiative.
