EquipmentShare is Hiring an Intern: IT Implementation Coordinator
EquipmentShare is searching for a student intern to join the IT Implementation Team at our Home Office in Columbia, MO for the summer of 2025.
Responsibilities:
We offer a flexible internship that will allow you to learn our business from the ground up while working on a series of team and independent projects.
- Assist IT onboarding for new employees
- Assist with audio & visual requests when needed
- Assist with acquisition IT planning and diligence
- Drive new market IT planning and diligence
- Work with executive project managers to ensure IT Implementation is completed on time and within scope
- Assist with maintaining accurate and up-to-date procedure documentation for the New Markets and Acquisition processes
- Assist with reviews of branch IT needs ensuring we are providing a proactive approach to resolving IT related issues
- Ensure branches have proper training equipment
- Other duties as assigned
About You

What You're Working With:
- Must be actively working toward a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Information technology or related field
- Have a GPA of 3.0 or higher
- A solid understanding of Information Technology principles and practices
- Experience in IT project management, asset management, and customer service
- Familiarity with computer hardware and networking components
