Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Engineering Manager to lead our Data Movement Processing Engines Team. This team owns the real-time data processing infrastructure that powers critical business insights and enhances the streaming experience for millions of users worldwide as well as supports other core business needs like Live, Games, and Ads. We offer 2 Processing Engines - Flink and Mantis - to meet the operational, analytical, and observability needs of our Business Domains. We have built a robust and rich ecosystem complete with enhanced productivity tools to provide our users a seamless experience in using these complex engines with ease. We operate over 15k Apache Flink jobs, processing over 60 PB of data per day, and continuously innovating to enable this scale in a cost-efficient manner.

Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top-of-market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $190,000 - $920,000.
Netflix provides comprehensive benefits, including Health Plans, Mental Health support, a 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer match, Stock Option Program, Disability Programs, Health Savings and Flexible Spending Accounts, Family-forming benefits, and Life and Serious Injury Benefits.
