Description

Join our team as a Financial Controller at AXA Partners CEE! As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the preparation of regular and extraordinary financial reports, or other reports, performing their analysis and providing an opinion in accordance with established corporate plans and objectives.

• Responsibility for financial technical result within the insurance industry according to set standards and deadlines
• Checking correctly entered data within the company's accounts
• Regular (weekly, monthly, quarterly) or ad hoc reports
• Preparing analysis and summaries of information
• Collaborating on the preparation of forecasts and budgets
• Contributing to updating and improving the company's controlling and reporting toolsS
• Supporting financial closure and financial audit

Qualifications

• Minimum secondary education
• Fluent in Czech or Polish langauge, knowledge of English language at B2 level
• Advanced PC knowledge (MS Office with emphasis on MS Excel, Outlook, Internet)
• Accuracy, reliability, flexibility
• Ability to work in a team and good communication skills
• Proven experience in the field
• Pro activity in problem solving
• Ability to handle stressful situations
