As a key account manager for local accounts, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to increase market share and achieve revenue goals in the assigned territory. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to drive business growth. Your role will involve managing client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to expand market share and meet revenue targets in the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and providing customized solutions to drive business growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities through prospecting and networking within the local community.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries and addressing concerns in a professional manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and stay ahead of the competition.

Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Large Account or Sales Management
  • Proven track record of success in sales and account management roles, preferably in the retailer service area.
  • Strong communication skills (oral, written, and presentation) and ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proven ability to meet deadlines and exceed expectations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
