What you´ll do

  • Efficiently manage and respond to customer inquiries via email, ensuring timely and accurate communication
  • Monitor and provide updates on order delivery status to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Generate and print invoice copies with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
  • Communicate current promotions and deals to customers promptly and accurately
  • Liaise with the warehouse team to resolve any issues and ensure timely order fulfillment
  • Assist with releasing billing blocks and generating necessary reports from SAP, emphasizing accuracy and timeliness
  • Create and distribute weekly Open Order Reports and daily Stock On Hand (SOH) & Goods Receipt (GR) Reports using SAP systems.

What makes you a good fit

  • Must be an Undergraduate Student currently enrolled in a college/university studying Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance, or Accountancy related courses
  • Knowledge in MS Office software required (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint); SAP and VBA is highly preferred
  • Proficient in both oral and written English communication skills
  • Must be able to provide a signed Memorandum of Agreement, Endorsement Letter, and Medical Certificate from the college or university
  • Amenable to work on a hybrid set up (work from home and onsite in Ayala Avenue, Makati) and report for at least three hundred (300) on-the-job training hours
