Post Silicon Validation - Application Engineer

As an Alphawave Semi Application Engineer, you are responsible for working in the post-silicon validation team to validate collaterals to customers designing their SoC with our IPs. In this role, you will interact with the customers and support their integration/validation.

What You’ll Do:

• Be part of the IP CR&D team to work closely with Post-Silicon Validation teams to qualify Alphawave IPs. You will be involved in the post-silicon validation of our in-house test chips.
• Drive technical communication to customers from kick-off to silicon bring-up.
• Diagnose, debug, and resolve customers' issues during integration, simulation, implementation and silicon bring-up.
• Occasional travel may be required.
• You will be reporting to the Director of Application Engineer.

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree in Electrical and/or Electronic Engineering.
• Minimum 5+ Years of experience in Post silicon validation.
• Hands-on experience with bench test equipment like Oscilloscopes, Logic analyzers, and Vector Network analyzers (VNA).
• Experience in Functional Testing and ATE debug.
• Experience working in IP Validation in one of the interfaces like USB, PCIe, Serdes, and UCIe
• Experience working on automation languages such as Python/Perl/TCL
