This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a intern in the quality department with Signify.

We are looking for a Quality Department Intern to join our team and help us improve our product knowledge database. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our AI-based model can provide quick and accurate answers to support our advisors who need to support customers.

Responsibilities:

• Collect and organize new and existing product knowledge data from various sources
• Build further upon our knowledge management system and make it fit for use for our AI based search tool
• Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of the current knowledge management system in combination with this AI tool and suggest ways to improve it.
• These improvements must lead to clear instructions, templates and guidance documents to update current and create new content.
• Work with cross-functional teams, such as Field Quality, Consumer Care, Global Quality and our (AI Tool) suppliers to ensure that product information is accurate and consistent across all platforms

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or have completed a batchelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Knowledge Management, or a related field
• Strong software skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Python, Power BI and other database management software
• Knowledge and experience with knowledge management systems
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
