Provide leadership to resolve maintenance, service and repair issues on a timely and effective manner, in accordance with policy and procedure.
Plan and execute technician development needs / Training to build competencies and performance.
Lead in TPM plans to improve machine performance and coordinate with various department specially manufacturing, to ensure optimize performance of machinery & processes.
Manage and Control Capital Projects, including new production tooling purchase.
Plan & manage spare parts inventory and budget to ensure optimal support to production.
JOB REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Industrial, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field.
2–5 years of relevant industrial experience, preferably in maintenance engineering, asset management, or technical documentation roles.
Solid data analysis and reporting skills (Excel, CMMS dashboards; Power BI is a plus).
Good communication and collaboration skills; able to work across teams and departments.
