We're seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining our short and long-term financial plans and policies.

In your new role you will:

• Be responsible for financial planning and processes across P&L scope connecting with various stakeholders
• Contribute to financial controlling activities (planning, closing and reporting activity) and comply with regulations
• Prepare and analyze monthly and quarterly financial reports and ad-hoc reports
• Conduct financial analysis such as trend analysis or internal gap analysis and prepare cost analysis for respective business partners
• Drive process and reporting improvements for the controlling department, especially supporting on SAP HANA implementation

To succeed, you'll need to be a strategic thinker with excellent analytical skills, a collaborative team member, and a results-driven professional with a strong sense of integrity. You should be able to communicate complex financial information clearly and work in a fast-paced environment.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A University degree in Economics, Finance, Controlling, Accounting or similar field
• 3+ years of experience in Controlling, Finance or Accounting
• Good knowledge in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience in implementing SAP HANA or SAP HANA knowledge would be a plus
• Fluent in English
