YOUR ROLE

As Financial Closing and Reporting Pillar Manager . This is a New Global Position . As part of this role , you will manage and lead migration activities from various regions where ST is present to Global Operation HUB in KL.

Other key roles for this position :

• Ensure financial closing process & reporting till period closed : monthly, quarterly and yearly - accurately and timely( within 3 working days)
• Performed review and analysis of Business and Financial Results during Pre closing and Post closing.
• A strong Team player , as this role involve significant engagement in Financial closing step/process with various stakeholder with ~ 65 legal entities.
• Strong knowledge of various accounting requirement or standards.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

• Degree in Accounting ( added advantages with professional certificate )
• At least > 5 years experience in similar field , exposure to manufacturing industry will be an added advantage
• Extensive knowledge in Share Service Landscape with ability to manage a sizeable team
• Fluent in English
• Very Strong leadership and analytical skill set with the ability to work under different time zone(when needed) and culture.
