About the Role:

As a Nurse Clinician on our Bone Marrow Transplant team, you'll be both a hands-on expert and a transformational leader, advancing nursing practice and promoting excellence in patient care across the continuum. You'll provide direct care, collaborate on evidence-based initiatives, support peers through mentorship, and shape future best practices in oncology nursing.

This role is ideal for a nurse who thrives in complex clinical settings, enjoys leading quality improvements, and is passionate about mentoring others and driving professional growth.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide direct patient care (50%+), including education, medication administration, and supportive therapies for transplant patients.
  • Lead the development of clinical guidelines, policies, and quality initiatives to elevate nursing practice.
  • Act as a consultant and coach for nursing staff, supporting clinical development and encouraging professional excellence.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure safe, effective, and patient-centered care.
  • Partner with Nurse Leaders to bring evidence-based research into practice.
  • Use advanced communication and leadership skills to build team cohesion and drive systemic improvements.
  • Serve as a role model for ethical practice, lifelong learning, and resilience in complex care environments.

What You Bring:

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related field (Master’s in Nursing required if bachelor’s is not in Nursing)
  • Registered Nurse – MN License
  • 2+ years of nursing experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s or Doctorate in Nursing or related field
  • 3+ years of nursing experience, preferably in oncology or transplant care
  • Certification in a nursing specialty area (e.g., OCN, BMTCN)
