Property Accountant

$80,000-$90,000 base salary (depending on experience)

Vaco has partnered with a leader in the real estate industry that is looking for their next Property Accountant. The Property Accountant will lead the accounting team, oversee reconciliations and lender compliance, ensure accurate financial reporting, and manage cash flow and process improvements.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead and support the accounting team, ensuring efficiency and professional development.
• Oversee bank reconciliations, loan statement analysis, and lender compliance.
• Ensure accurate recording of home sales, COGS, floorplan interest, and inventory payoffs.
• Manage cash flow, utilities, and financial reporting to support operational needs.
• Maintain financial accuracy through reconciliations, vendor management, and process improvements
• Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Accounting or related field required
• Real Estate experience required
