About the Team: Our Targeting and Audiences PMM team covers Demographic Targeting, Advanced Manual Targeting, Audiences Targeting, and Automatic Targeting. We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager who will be responsible for setting the go-to-market strategy and partnering closely with cross-functional stakeholders in product management, marketing science and business marketing to assess key gaps and develop the strategic direction for our automated targeting solutions and advanced detailed targeting solutions. TikTok's targeting capabilities are a key lever to unlock advertiser budgets and drive ad performance by enabling advertisers to reach the right users, with the right message, at the right moment. About the Role: You will use your experience and marketing knowledge working with Targeting and Audience Product Management to develop the strategy and bring together cross-functional stakeholders to execute on those plans. Inbound, strategy development and go-to-market execution will all be critical elements of this role. You deeply understand ad tech, TikTok and competitor ads manager products, and Targeting and Audiences capabilities. Responsibilities: Owner of TikTok's automated targeting solutions as well as advanced detailed targeting products. Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for TikTok's Targeting and Audience products. Develop thought leadership around key product launches and respond to industry developments, partnering closely with the Global Business Marketing team Develop programs that enable uptake of attribution solutions, identify blockers to implementation and work cross functionally to resolve these Partner closely with the Sales and regional PMM teams to deeply understand user pain points, form business requirements and prioritize solutions to influence the direction of product development. Communicate the value proposition of new Targeting and Audience products to all stakeholders and ensure that effective collateral and packages are created.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: - 5+ years of product marketing or product management experience with digital ad products - 5+ years of experience in the digital advertising industry in a measurement capacity - Strong knowledge of Targeting and Audience solutions and both TikTok and competitor Ads Manager products Preferred Qualifications: - BA/BS degree or above - Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills. - Ability to build strong compelling narratives and ability to simplify marketing messaging to resonate with different audiences.
