Job Description

In your new role you will:

• Drive the strategic direction and technical innovation for next-generation Automated Test Equipment (ATE) test board architectures and interconnection technologies.
• Collaborate with central teams in the EU and USA to align technical strategies and implement cutting-edge solutions.
• Lead the implementation of advanced verification and validation methodologies to ensure robust and reliable test board solutions.
• Serve as a senior expert, providing guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Spearhead complex problem resolution, including performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions for sustained improvement.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and central engineering teams, to ensure successful project execution.
• Represent the team’s technical achievements to functional managers and stakeholders, influencing strategic decisions.
• Contribute to the company’s technological leadership through innovative hardware solutions and impactful strategic initiatives.

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Master Degree in Engineering with more than 8 years' experience in Semiconductor testing and familiar with Digital, Power & Mixed Signal Automated Test Equipment (ATE)
• Proven experience in people management as team or department.
• Remarkable presentation skills which enable you to master the alignment across internal and external contacts in a multicultural and international environment.
• Excellent English skills.
• Knowledgeable in developing device interface board for wafer- and back end test and have a strong understanding of schematic diagrams and electronic components.
• Experience developing production test solutions for mixed signal ICs using automated test equipment (ATE) such as V93K, microFLEX, UltraFlex,ETS-88, ETS800
• Strong understanding of electronic engineering principles in areas including analog and digital circuits, power devices, and high-speed signal integrity
• Strong understanding of semiconductor test production process and ability to drive test improvement tasks (yield, test time)
• Hands-on experience making electrical measurements using oscilloscopes and other laboratory equipment.
• Skilled in tools for production and quality control, issue resolution, and continuous improvement, such FMEA, DOE, 8D, SPC, SixSigma, and other Lean concepts
• Strong multitasking and prioritization skills, and effective in defining and meeting ambitious to stretched goals.
• Show strong verbal, written communication, reporting, and presentation skills.
• Experience with with PCB design and mechanical CAD tooling
