You will be a part of HPB’s Healthy 365 Project Management Office responsible for the product management of the Healthy 365 app. This includes planning, organising and monitoring product milestones, deliverables and coordinating across diverse business users and product lines.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

As a key member of ISPPO Division, you will execute the product management process of Healthy 365 app. In this role, you will evaluate, prioritise and synthesize enhancement requests across product lines to develop a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with Healthy 365's vision. You will drive continuous improvements to streamline and enhance processes within the product development lifecycle.

Managing the product backlog will be central to your role, including strategic prioritisation of features based on established criteria. Working closely with development teams, you will plan and monitor capacity allocation, ensure optimal resource utilisation, orchestrate releases, facilitate stakeholder coordination, and maintain clear communication channels throughout the product development process.

You will lead the development of key features oversee by the H365 PMO team, particularly focusing on account management and fraud prevention. This includes compliance with governance requirements and implementing key processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as part of the Risk Management framework.

Your role extends to managing daily operations, including analysing user insights, tracking budget utilisation, and providing secretariat support for management meetings. Your data-driven approach will help identify opportunities for product enhancement and operational efficiency.

Join us if you are a dynamic and self-motivated professional with 5 to 8 years of of working experience preferably in IT Project Management or Digital Product Management. You thrive in a highly matrixed, fluid and fast-paced environment, and possess:

• Proven experience in digital product development, with strong understanding of digital solutions
• Strong data-analytics skills, complemented by excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Demonstrated success in stakeholder management across multiple levels and functions
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build collaborative partnerships, resolve conflicts, and drive consensus across diverse teams

Candidate possessing relevant work experience or a background in Business Administration, Science and Technology, or health-related disciplines would be advantageous. Being familiar with flexible project management practices, working in digital services for the government, or having a strong history in managing products would also be beneficial.
